 Our pies are hand made from start to finish using our own blend of pastry
(between a rough puff and a short crust).
You can be assured that the filling is what it says it is and in abundance,
with each pie weighing a minimum of 200g. We do not pack our pies with filler
such as bread or tapioca or give you sub quality meat
in a sea of thickened sauce.

Our pies are pure filling through and though.

The choices vary from week to week.

 We are very excited to announce the release of our Pork pie.
It has taken months to perfect the pastry & jelly and we even make our own lard for the pastry.
These pies take two days to make and perfection unfortunatly 
does not come cheap but we are confident you will not be dissapointed.
Our pork pies are made at present just one a month. Join our mailking list to be informed when.
